oh I've known my entire life that I have adhd lol

wish I could tell you anything more specific than "it's easier to keep doing what I'm already doing than it is to switch to something else, even if that something else is more fun"

Another classic is 'Decision Paralysis', where you want to do everything and once and it just leaves you overwhelmed and spacing out. Currently this is me with Elden Ring, playing banjo, and eating.

find something you really like and try to apply it to help other people
