Thom Yorke has some rad lib borderline green fash politics but I think it’s cool that someone like him is inspired by Disco Elysium. In a BBC interview he says this song was inspired by Disco Elysium. If he was more based it would be cool but he’s not.

“The song Bloom was actually inspired by an “indie” game, they have a subgenre of games called indie games now faces to Jonny remember that we used to be indie (he laughs) no but the artist for our album covers showed me some paintings which I thought were really cool and I asked him ‘what about these right here?’ and he said they weren’t his but they were some prints by some artists working on a video game. At first I wasn’t interested, I just thought games were just, I don’t know… boring (laughs) but no I was proven wrong when I played Disco Elysium. The music is great, the art, the story, characters are really really funny too and I had a good time, didn’t finish it but for the few hours I did play I was really into it. One of the motifs on a track stuck out to me and using inspiration from that track that’s how Bloom came into existence. So thanks guys, the Disco team. Great stuff”

A late 20s early 30 guy was walking in front of me after he just exited a McDonald’s and then proceeded to walk slow in front of me and then would do a side eye to see my reaction. He would then briefly gesture as if letting me through and then would quickly resume position of not letting me through. I said “this fucker” and he replied with “go ahead do something” and I just got so mad I nearly cried. He would increase the speed of his pace and then slow down just to edge me and I was becoming more and more flustered all the while he kept doing the funny side eye. I didn’t think the situation called for violence because I could easily have pulled his top hat over his side eye and then kick his balls but then I would be in trouble. He kept doing it for about 5 minutes and then he took his hat off and offered me an apple that was hiding in his hat and I said no thank you and then he balanced it on his head and put the hat back on. I just walked on the road for a bit and then ran away and caught the train home. Not a very nice experience

Any software recommendations and stuff? I mainly want to use it for streaming videos and playing ps2 emulator, not so much emulating but just to try it out. Anti virus stuff, things in this realm- been using banana phone for years haven’t had android since high school.
