I worked for a company that made a UVC light system for sterilization. The amount of safety you have to build in so people wont nuke themselves makes them hard to use.Also, the bulbs we used were delicate and had issues constantly.

We do love a feel-good end of year win so we can hang up our hats. The headline lulls us but the article contains the alarmbell.
DeWine has been nothing but shrewd since taking the governorship. His metered and somewhat displined display during COVID almost guaranteed he wouldnt be unseated by a Dem. His only real major fuckups anyone noticed were with SB6 and the firstenergy scandal. He may yet get caught in that snare. He is still playing out of the adult in the room playbook while not antagonizing the Trumpier parts of the state. Hes is term limited so he could go bananas but I feel like he wont. But if they provide him something he can kind of defend, he will sign it.
While good for now, he wants the legislation to go back on the drawing board to make it more bulletproof for the inevitable court battle. This is a break in the fighting. We didnt win the war.

Thanks for that. I hadnt really looked a surgery mod sinve I like playing eith low pop counts. Ill take a look.
Lets go down the list:
- Is the room clean?
- Are you doing the surgery on a bed?
- How well lit is the room?
- What type of medicine are you using using?
- What is the skill level of your doctor?
- Are they suffering any manipulation penalities from drugs or injury?
I dont know of a mod to rig surgery chance but this is the list I run through when Im having surgery issues. Also, you can just save scum.
Maybe it could be set asided or reserved for them?
