Basically not at all, other than the more left wing news sources.

If it makes you feel better my city had specifically anti-ICE protests this week organized by PSL that drew more people than the no kings protest

Wasn't not a good fit per se but I think they had other priorities at the time/were recruiting different neighborhoods in my area. They said they would keep me posted about events still but I never heard anything back after that and now I'm just super anxious to go to any of their stuff cuz I feel like I did something wrong lea-breakdown

But yeah you're probably right about it just being them juggling a lot. I should go to something again soon.

That specific Target (the first one) was well known as a testing ground for new surveillance techniques

In addition to the responses, I would also recommend Meditations on Frantz Fanon's Wretched of the Earth by James Yaki Sayles. It was very helpful for me in understanding some of the finer points and connect it to other liberation struggles (he was writing in the context of the Black Nationalist movement but it all rings true for Palestine, as does Fanon's original book.

So I read this article and my hot take on this is that Chat GPT is actually the least evil thing involved. This person was a cab driver who was going through withdrawls and could barely work/was in danger of getting in a crash. He probably would have lost his job or not been able to pay rent if he actually took the time off needed. I hate reducing these things to just ChatGPT for the headline because the system failed this person 10 different ways before ChatGPT even came into the equation.

To be fair to the average parent (not people who give their kids ChatGPT what the fuck), I'm sure it's less "I hate it when my children talk to me" and more "After the 20th time hearing it the discussion about Frozen starts to get old" or "Hearing this Jim Gill song for the 50th time today makes me want to throw the speaker out a window"
