Before sleep and while driving... Harder to have an endless stream of distractions to interact with during those times.

Congrats on the new name and officially joining team agender!

Don't forget to submit the weekly documents to prove you've been following the strict non-gender rules to the committee tomorrow /j

Aren't there some medical side effects of taking them for many years? If they're starting at like 11 years old, then its probably best to make a decision about which hormones they're going to take by like 15 IIRC.

Ultimately though, even if the idea effects are actually just a dog whistle of transphobes, adolescents are taking hormones with or without medical intervention and taking the wrong one can do permanent damage to the body. The only person who can even remotely know which is right is the person themself. If we allow and adolescents to go through puberty, we"re already admitting that hormones are something adolescents should be allowed to take and the only difference in which ones they are allowed is because transphobia.

Apparently they've were added in November 2022 after someone pointed out the lack of them and then removed sometime between August 2023 and May 2024?

Of course Republicans are taking this election as a sign that pro-trans ideas are untenable electorally, but when even some of the most leftwing dems are shying away from the issue, its almost like dems haven't actually been doing all the cool things Republicans have been accusing them of doing all along, so pretending this election was a referendum on trans issues is kinda odd.

Idk I’m complicated. Then again, transition for me has always been more about chasing euphoria rather than running away from dysphoria, so…

I often feel like I'm making changes mostly because of "idk that sounds kinda neat. I should try it" rather than dysphoria or euphoria.

Like, I know if I *think *about it more that there's more to it than that for me. But its not how I feel. Wish we as a society were to the point where that feeling was generally considered good enough, so we didn't have to go through imposter feelings.

He was at the fight at the commentators table before the match, so I'd assume so. He also either didn't know how to turn on his mic or someone cut his mic.

It's been done and stein votes are nowhere close to Kamala. So instead, people have started accusing leftists of voting Trump directly because a few people did vote for both people like AOC and Trump... Generally low information voters with no concrete principles - just vibes about liking "outsiders", regardless of whether a supposed silver-spoon billionaire could ever even remotely consider an outside.

How is it a spin on the truth? Forced labor sounds a lot like slavery and they voted in favor of it. Just because some people justify slavery with a reason like "criminals deserve it!" or "but look at their skin color!" doesn't change that they're voting for slavery. Just because the criteria isn't directly skin color (80% of prisoners are not non-hispanic white... so its pretty much is still forced labor based on skin color) doesn't change it at all.
