Someone told me a long time ago that they would set an alarm to take their adhd meds early and go back to sleep and wake up feeling alert and ready to go and they were so right.
I think the time it takes to wake up naturally after going back to sleep can differ from person to person but for me it’s usually about 30 minutes to an hour. The best part is that the effects feel more normalized.
When I take adhd meds during the day I tend to lock on to whatever I was doing shortly after taking it and it throws off my day when I shift away from it, but when I take it and go back to sleep and wake up again I feel like I have more balanced level focus on things.
Lmao my job has us asking for ids and the amount of ppl who legitimately try and use a Costco card is incredible
The check engine light too
My old cat loved coffee grounds. When I was younger and making coffee in the morning he’d always join me and wait to see if I spilled any grounds on the floor. If I did he would roll all over in the grounds before I’d kick him out and later I would try and brush it off of him since caffeine isn’t too good for the fellas.

This was the best way to do it when I could play it. For all its flaws I’ve missed it every now and again then since they blocked Linux players.
