Yeah, so you should ask your doctor instead of just doing it.

That's my point, ask your doctor. I'm not saying you can't skip, but you shouldn't just because some random person said so.
I wouldn't advise people to skip their medicine just because they don't feel there are negative effects, it's dangerous.
Is this young Trixie Mattel out of drag?
I wouldn't consider exclusively using Lemmy for social media "hardcore". Let's be real, people don't use social media because the content is important. I use Lemmy when I need a break and such, see some memes, read an interesting article someone posted. And Reddit sometimes turns up when I search for opinions on products, solutions for maintaining my home, stuff like that. Usually just useful, old posts. I keep in contact with people I actually know through private chats, mostly Signal. What else do you need?
In addition to what have been said in other comments, it's useful to track your period for any serious irregularities. Your period can tell a lot about the state of your body, and those can be a sign of illness and such. For example, missed periods are very common in eating disorders; it might be a wake up call in many cases.
Hey, that's the metaplot of the movie!
As the other commenter said, the bottles actually get recycled; if they weren't they wouldn't have a system where they pay for the return. And it doesn't make sense to count it as "pay", as in compare to a normal job pay, cause it's not. Dude is walking around and cleaning the environment, gets free PS5 out of it.
Ooh, cool! I remember making offerings too, but it was to change the weather and stuff like that. Sounds extra fun to go to an abandoned lot for that, more mysterious and spooky 😄
I use F-droid, it's FOSS apps only. It's great, but unfortunately I stil have to use play store for non-FOSS apps.
Everybody made witch soups when they were children, right? There is nothing more fun 🍲
Neat! The zero waste option I chose was the menstrual cup, very happy with mine.
