The reason people are saying that every Israeli is complicit is because they are literally all settlers living on land stolen from the Palestinian people. Iranians are not. I don't know if any general-use tilesets show EN_US. I think you'd have to make a custom thing, which I don't know if you can even do with MapBox. Sounds like more work than a grift would want to put in.

Safer to watch it from the balcony than through a window, honestly.

If you look at the source OpenStreetMap data, the name for English is "Gulf of Mexico". If he wanted it to say "Gulf of America", they'd have to do some futzing with it to display EN_US first, when it exists.
