At least here in Germany everyone is selling drinks (beer as well as Softdrinks) from the tap in cups with usually 1 or 2 euros as a deposit so people don't throw them to the ground and create a hazard

Often the cups are also branded from the band so I collected a couple over the years

Which concert doesn't sell drinks in (reusable) cups?

And for festivals I still will go with some 5L canisters full of water over a lot of cans

Perso sollte wie die Bankkarte sein: erste Mal kostenlos und wenn abgelaufen kostenlosen Ersatz aber wenn man das Ding verloren hat wird's teuer

The same happens on Reddit with RES - I think redgifs is blocking sites from embedding it

In some European countries the police isn't even armed since noone has guns

If Epic could actually provide a better service, they would be seeing customers and developers actually want to use their platform.

Doubt

Gog is objectively giving you more value for your money but even cdpr had to release the Gwent standalone on steam eventually because people didn't buy it enough - once it was on steam it sold more than in a year on gog in weeks

People don't look at the alternatives at all - unless it's a AAA game with an exclusive deal

I get updates every other week

but I think it's in a weird spot with not having regular English patchnotes - and afaik they also use an older rendering-engine

Vivaldi is the best!

Currently trying out Floorp as a Firefox fork for the possibility that Google's disabling of adblockers in the manifest will make it impossible to use chromium browsers which is kind of good, too

But Vivaldi rules as long as chromium is an option!

I think they actually do understand but don't have enough empathy with other people to see it as their responsibility to protect other people from their viruses.

Not that someone as perfect as them would ever sick enough to potentially infect others...
