We believe there are many avenues that feed into the democratic road to socialism. Our vision pushes further than historic social democracy and leaves behind authoritarian visions of socialism in the dustbin of history.

I would stay away from any organization that is explicitly revisionist and who doesn't believe in revolutionary action. You should definitely get organized though.

Palestinians are telling people to wear them. I get that if you're not aware of this it looks like cultural appropriation from cracker (like usual), but Palestinians actually want people to do this to show support and raise awareness. If enough people publicly express their support It becomes harder to make these ridiculous accusations that not supporting genocide makes you an antisemitic terrorist. I don't think you can equate this with other forms of slacktivism given how controversial expressing any support for Palestine is right now.

Is there anything more depressing than KKKhrushvite architecture?

Yes, letting people sleep on the streets.

South Korea was a brutal right wing dictatorship until somewhat recently, so maybe their views are a bit different. They also have some pretty awful labor laws to this day, even by capitalist standards. I don't know what they actually think about the DPRK though, but their experience with capitalism is not at all like the US or Ukraine.

I literally never met someone who called themselves an ML who didn't advocate for an actual revolution of some kind. ML organization also doesn't allow this to happen, since you have to subscribe to the party line and actually take courses on Marxism. This comic makes no sense, it's describing a different kind of person who wouldn't want to call themselves a 'Marxist-Leninist' anyway.

You can discuss high-level Mazovian concepts with him, but he will randomly insult you and call you a liberal.

When Israel does a genocide: Self defense

When Palestinians fight back: Terrorism

Funny how that works

its continued use of United Nations forums for its own purposes.

Because the US never does that, ever.

After the cold war, the US was the one uncontested world power and they could basically do whatever they wanted with impunity. This is not the reality anymore. China is NOT stumbling, it's just USian cope that they've been spouting for years ("their growth is fake! Building railroads is a bad economic choice! They're gonna collapse this year trust me bro"), they're the second biggest world economy and a genuine competing world power. The Ukrainian war is also proving that challenging the US is possible; it was a spit in the face of NATO and the US regardless if you think what Putin did was justified or not, and Russia basically just got away with it. The US is still a powerful empire, but you have to put things in context to what they were like just a few years ago.
