Oh yeah I guess I’ve never really eaten boiled fish so idk. But even so, even if you don’t like boiled fish, boiling seafood is pretty common. I’ve eaten fish stew/soup before and it’s good, and I’m not a big clam chowder fan but it definitely has its supporters, so idk just seems like jellied eel has been unfairly maligned when really it’s pretty tame in the grand scheme of things.

I used to hate jellied eels, but recently I've come around to them. It's a working class meal using the natural resources that were available to them. And although it sounds horrible, it's literally just boiled eel with spices, vinegar and lemon, often served with parsley sauce. It can't be that bad.
Clotrimazole. I often have had it prescribed in the past, but it's just sold as Lotrimin over the counter. Works wonders. This used to happen to me every other summer, and the Clotrimazole would clear it up within days.
Not sure if you know what's causing it or not. For me, I got in the habit of wearing jeans during the hot, humid summers because I wanted to be hip and cool and I look not good in shorts. Jock itch would inevitably start until I finally got it in my head to just wear shorts in the summer, who cares how I look. Also, while you're trying to clear it up, make sure you dry really really well down there. Like dry it, then dry it again, then dry it again. Obviously you should keep that area dry in general, but for now just try to make sure it's extra dry.

I believe she's talking about her friendship with Lorraine Hansberry here
To Be Young Gifted and Black was written about Hansberry (To Be Young Gifted and Black was also a Hansberry play). One of my favorite Nina Simone performances is this performance which she dedicated to Hansberry, who died a few years prior. Better than the studio version imo.
Definitely fragile poops. Not sure what that means but I've been having digestive troubles lately so I feel like I relate
If Lenin were alive he’d absolutely be a poster
wow she's retweeting Breakthrough News and Abby Martin and her instagram is nearly all pro-Palestine stuff, she seems pretty alright.
But my point is that the English are not the only ones in the world boiling their fish, and so jellied eels are I believe unfairly maligned as some sort of affront to god. Even if they don’t taste great (and I’ve never had them so I can’t say if they do or not), they’re not particularly notable in their preparation nor their ingredients when looking at world cuisine as a whole.
