The third answer is exactly what I mean when I say "I don't have a gender, but I'm also transfeminine."

What a perfect description

[–] PM_ME_YOUR_FOUCAULTS@hexbear.net 6 points 11 months ago

It's also unironically not a bad description of my gender

My condolences to anyone living in the geographic boundaries of ""Alberta"" (as someone who was raised there and has since escaped to equally shitty pastures)

[–] UlyssesT@hexbear.net 23 points 11 months ago (5 children)

Alberta is the Ohio of Canada. Change my mind.

It's probably worse. Nickelback came from Alberta. And Jordan Peterson. I can't think of anyone good this god forsaken province has produced.

At least Alberta has some pretty mountains.

[–] buckykat@hexbear.net 14 points 11 months ago

Seems like the Texas of Canada to me

Alberta is the Idaho of Canada

Alberta has no rats. Rats are an invasive species in the Americas, and the Albertan government has effectively made the province rat-free.

(This also unfortunately means domestic rats are forbidden in Alberta).

They do, however, have pack rats, which are native to the province.

[–] hypercracker@hexbear.net 5 points 11 months ago

I think the ship has sailed on the no rats thing at this point

Is the third option related to indigenous causes?

Every question like this should have an option like this tbh.
