Doesn't get more classic than that

Rub a leaf between your fingers. The smell can tell you sometimes which fruit you'll get. Other than that you need to wait to find out.

In terms of citrus I can recommend satsumas, my 2y old tree gave me about 40 fruits this year alone and they taste great.

That we are supposed to be a part of it and not separate. Indigenous peoples have a drastically different outlook on nature because they feel they're nature, whereas we're so disconnected from it all.

Moved houses so I started prepping next year's garden by dumping all of the autumn leaves where I want to establish beds. This'll kill the lawn by spring allowing me to plant stuff.

Personally, I love citrus and fig trees. Figs are great because growing them is the only reliable way to get great ones

Having a nice breakfast with the family like every weekend. We either do waffles, pancakes or homemade brezels. Apart from that I'm hoping to spend some time outside in the garden to clean up for autumn while the kids play.

Yes, that's true, but at that age you're financially more stable and have more patience than a 20y. We had our kids at about 30 and I think that's probably the best age for it.

I think it's because they don't want you to just keep it plugged in?

40 isn't too old for kids. Plenty of people have kids at that age and they're doing just fine.

You can trade or sell bulbs though

You're replying to a troll, I wouldn't bother

Seconded. Dave the Diver is very uplifting and not punishing at all - if you make a mistake, it has very few consequences
