I'm pretty sure OP was just referencing Harris's zionism. If not, the post is pretty dumb, but I think that's the case.
“We’re not going back” was just a beat in one of her speeches and the audience started chanting it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was started by plants, but it was marketed like a genuine moment.
