Are you referring to the title? Of course that's not where she heard that slogan (and she almost certainly didn't even come up with that slogan for own campaign).
I'm pretty sure OP was just referencing Harris's zionism. If not, the post is pretty dumb, but I think that's the case.
“We’re not going back” was just a beat in one of her speeches and the audience started chanting it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was started by plants, but it was marketed like a genuine moment.
