Retvrn to tradition, Voltaire's Nightmare edition. The German phrenology craves an overwhelming mishmash of disparate microstates with varying degrees of de facto independence using an insane variety of governmental models. The Archbishopric of Bremen yearns to be recreated. The Free City of Ulm cries out for freedom. The Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Schwerin will restore order to the mess that is Germany.
