i mean it's the normal connection that every industry that employs young attractive people in a performance capacity has, which is that they are offered life changing sums of cash and gigs in exchange for sexual favors

Well yes but specifically, this particular controversy was about using some AI/fake child in an advertisement featuring sexualized clothes

I don't think the kids are being sexualized, and how I read it, it looks more like a critique of the use of ever younger models on the fashion industry.
