the absolute lack of abs – bet he had constant back pain

WORK ON YOUR CORE, FOLKS

you fucking need it

edit: not trying to body-shame; my piddling little six-pack is mostly covered by a layer of middle-age chonk, I have no room to shame and no interest in doing so – just saying that there's very little fat covering very little musculature here, and it makes me sad for his poor back, it must have been wickedly overcompensating.

if your core musles are similar to the shooter's, please consider pilates; I know it was a joke in Stepbrothers, but pilates did literally change my life, and it might help you too ❤️ I wouldn't believe the reduction in back pain if it didn't happen to me; it's mind-blowing how much of a difference core strength can make.

No, let me tell you the real secret, stretch your fucking hamstrings, nerds

your stupid ass hamstrings tense up and shorten especially if you sit all day (like nerds) and idfk i guess it puts a lot of tension on your lower back

Stretching the shit out of my hamstrings and hips has basically gotten rid of my back pain

Also, if you can, get a massage sometimes.

I got a little typical neck and back pain from stuff but once of those a month and, damn, I feel like I'm 22.

I'm always stretching. Probably one of the few reasons my body isn't wracked with pain after several jobs of hard labor.
