The fact they use them as self-representation is strange considering everything else
I don't want to make any "eggcusations" about that; instead, I will suggest that they're lonely unfuckable hate-nerds and have conjured waifu helpmeet tulpas of sorts to say "look at me! Look at me! You are not the problem and your ideology isn't so toxic and horrible that it repels most of humanity!
