Engels detailed it like 150 years ago. It might be a new concept to this knucklehead but it's not new.
Definitely not new. That was my point, people like this don't see CEOs as murderers because they dont literally pull the trigger. But there are many examples of their behavior causing harm to countless people beyond any magnitude a single gunman can inflict.
