Not necessarily on the first day, but period poos are the fucking worst.
I asked my wife, and she said “basically what alquicksilver said”, and then followed it up by saying “it’s not like diarrhea, but like diarrhea’s ugly cousin.”
For me they're always the most uncomfortable due to the...feeling of them, but they're also by far the most gratifying afterwards.
I just feel like I relieve so much pressure/bloat and my cramps are temporarily alleviated.
Omg yes. So much technicality too. Like, I just put a tampon in, these things are expensive.
The only time I have ever had a tampon come out on its own, even partially, was during a super heavy flow day as I was on the pot. That was one of the singular most unpleasant feelings I've had on a toilet.
