So Gazans being starved to death no problem; Gazans trying to survive by any means possible including eating a dolphin that potentially washed up on shore, now there's a problem.

any dolphin that was caught in the Gaza would have been washed up, Gazans don't have access to deep water beyond a few KM of the shore without being fired on by naval ships almost daily.
