Fever can actually be quite helpful for killing off germs. It makes you feel miserable but if you're in the 37.6 to 38.0 zone, you're fine just regular sick. You can probably treat it with Tylenol and Advil, but honestly let it help you cook out whatever is infecting. High fevers can be dangerous, even deadly, but that's probably not where you're at. A fever starts at 37.6°C, same definition, it's just low grade and not concerning.
I've had doctors say not to give Tylenol for a 38° C fever, to help with healing! You can get febrile seizures but most people age out of then after 4 or 5.
Also to really obtain a proper core temp, you'd need to either get it in your bladder or butt 😬
