New York and Florida finally have something in common.

Also fucking Guinness in SC and GA? Who the fuck is drinking porters in that weather?

Also I think this maybe a bit statistically misleading. Modelo is actually the most popular beer in the US right now, however I'm guessing it's consumption is pretty evenly distributed across the country (makes sense, it's cheap, good, easy to drink, available even at shitty liquor stores), so it's not the favorite in any particular region.

I-was-saying

...granted, I haven been out that way in a few years, but I will single-handedly skew that statistic if I wind up moving there in the next year or two.

So I've actually spent some time living in Myrtle Beach SC, and I recall there being a sentiment there among beer drinkers (I worked as a bartender at the time) that the only beers you could get there are beach themed ones (lagers and fruity IPAs) and they'd go crazy for something darker. I guess maybe Guinness caught one? Idk, this is totally anecdotal and several years ago.

they've always had something in common trump-moist

NY has been solidly blue for a while, even if that's mostly because of NYC and like 2 other metros.
