COVID was like one day of quiet streets except for ambulances followed by NYERRRRRRRRM until things started opening back up. You can't win with cars. Congestion charges just keep the streets clearer for these assholes.

Fines start at $400 in a school zone and you can only get three before losing your licence - unless you register the car under a company and refuse to nominate a driver - then it's $11k each time
