I used to like F. But working years in construction has forced me into G with a pillow in between or else my hands go numb and wake me up 4 times a night. And now I have back issues from sleeping in G. Getting old sucks major ass, boys.
I hope you dont mind me being oblivious but as a youngster i dont get why construction would make your arms go numb. I get the back pain tho
I guess it’s a side effect of tendonitis and is common for construction workers who work long hours to develop.
Do A with a pillow between the knees and another pillow to "hug". Let the shoulder roll forward and keep the arm straight in front of you, it's the best one I've found yet.
