Rules:

-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --

-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --

-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --

-- If you are citing a twitter post as news please include not just the twitter.com in your links but also nitter.net (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/ or archive them as you would any other reactionary source using e.g. https://archive.today/ . Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed --

Israel just carried out a widespread bombing of Iran, which has killed a number of senior officials inside Iran (though it seems the leadership is more-or-less intact) as well as a number of civilians. Important facilities have been targeted, but the amount of damage is unknown so far (note that many important Iranian facilities are deep underground, making them both hard to damage but also hard to determine if they are damaged from just satellite imagery, so reports of damage will be he-said-she-said).

It appears the attack took Iran by surprise, given that a residential block was targeted that contained some senior officials - if one saw an attack coming, one would imagine they'd be in bunkers. Nonetheless, like the rest of the Resistance Axis, I suspect that Iran has adapted their military structures to be resistant to decapitation strikes by ensuring that replacement figures are ready to take the place of killed officials.

Iran has delivered a massive missile barrage in response to Israeli aggression, even though Israel is continuing to bomb Iran. Iran is now aware of the location of many important Israeli sites, including secret nuclear sites, due to their recent intelligence haul, giving them a distinct edge.

Israel-Palestine Conflict

If you have evidence of Israeli crimes and atrocities that you wish to preserve, there is a thread here in which to do so.

Sources on the fighting in Palestine against Israel. In general, CW for footage of battles, explosions, dead people, and so on:

UNRWA reports on Israel's destruction and siege of Gaza and the West Bank.

Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists
Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Sources:

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent and very good journalist reporting in the warzone on the separatists' side.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

Pro-Russian Telegram Channels:

Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

https://t.me/Slavyangrad ~ A few different pro-Russian people gather frequent content for this channel (~100 posts per day), some socialist, but all socially reactionary. If you can only tolerate using one Russian telegram channel, I would recommend this one.
https://t.me/s/levigodman ~ Does daily update posts.
https://t.me/patricklancasternewstoday ~ Patrick Lancaster's telegram channel.
https://t.me/gonzowarr ~ A big Russian commentator.
https://t.me/rybar ~ One of, if not the, biggest Russian telegram channels focussing on the war out there. Actually quite balanced, maybe even pessimistic about Russia. Produces interesting and useful maps.
https://t.me/epoddubny ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/boris_rozhin ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/mod_russia_en ~ Russian Ministry of Defense. Does daily, if rather bland updates on the number of Ukrainians killed, etc. The figures appear to be approximately accurate; if you want, reduce all numbers by 25% as a 'propaganda tax', if you don't believe them. Does not cover everything, for obvious reasons, and virtually never details Russian losses.
https://t.me/UkraineHumanRightsAbuses ~ Pro-Russian, documents abuses that Ukraine commits.

Pro-Ukraine Telegram Channels:

Almost every Western media outlet.

I know people hate wikipedia but the footnotes might give clues about where to find information. I can't easily copy only the relevant footnotes so better to check the page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_2025_Iranian_strikes_on_Israel#Casualties.

At the moment here is what it says:

Casualties

Human losses

On 14 June, Channel 12 reported, citing Magen David Adom, that 63 people were injured in the Iranian ballistic missile strike –one in critical condition, another in serious condition, and eight with moderate injuries, while the rest suffered minor wounds. One fatality was confirmed. In Tel Aviv, rescue teams pulled two individuals alive from a collapsed building.[62] Later in the day Walla News reported the death of three Israelis and 172 injured.[63] Three Jordanian civilians were injured.[64]

On 14 June, five additional Israelis were reported killed across the North of Israel by Iranian missiles.[4]

On 15 June, it was reported that six civilians were killed, close to 200 were wounded and 4 remained missing after a missile strike in central Bat Yam.[51]

Material damage

A modern residential building in central Tel Aviv sustained serious damage. Fires broke out in multiple apartments, and smoke was seen rising from the structure. An adjacent building suffered major external damage, including shattered windows and twisted metal hanging from the facade. In Ramat Gan, several cars were found burned and three homes visibly damaged.[65] In Tel Aviv the Israeli defence ministry complex was damaged due to the impact of an Iranian missile.[66]

According to municipal authorities, nine buildings were completely destroyed in Ramat Gan, while hundreds of others sustained varying levels of damage. Approximately 100 residents were displaced from their homes due to the missile barrage.[65] The Israeli military stated that a limited number of buildings were damaged by shrapnel resulting from missile interception efforts.

This page is "nominated for deletion" or maybe to be merged with June 2025 Israeli strikes on Iran. The latter also has an independently-written Casulties section which contains different information but might likewise give a good lead.

Casualties

Fars News Agency reported that at least 78 people, including women and children,[141] have been killed and another 329 were injured during Israel's attacks on 13 June.[9] Iran's ambassador to the UN Amir-Saeid Iravani cited this figure in his address to the United Nations Security Council on the night of the attacks, saying that the majority of those killed were civilians.[142] Another source reported at least 90 dead.[143]

Regional sources said that at least 20 senior commanders were killed in the strikes.[144] Confirmed casualties include Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, IRGC commander Hossein Salami, IRGC senior commander Gholam Ali Rashid, and IRGC commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh.[145][146] The IDF said that a strike on an underground command center killed most of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force's leadership after they had convened for a meeting, including IRGC air force commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh as well as the leaders of the IRGC's air defense and drone units.[147] In total, the IDF reported killing at least six senior military commanders—Bagheri, Salami, Ali Rashid, Ali Hajizadeh, IRGC air defense unit commander Davoud Shaykhian, and IRGC drone unit commander Taher Pour—and nine nuclear scientists.[148] The New York Times reported the death of Quds Force commander Esmail Qaani,[149] although Israel believes that he is still alive.[150]

Nuclear scientists Fereydoon Abbasi and Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi were also killed, according to Iranian state media.[18][151] Tasnim News Agency later added four more scientists who were killed.[152]

Civilians, including women and children, were reported by local media among the casualties.[153][19] Tasnim News Agency later reported that over 50 people were injured in Tehran's northern district of Tajrish, including 35 women and children, who were taken to Chamran Hospital.[154] The governor of Iran's north-western East Azerbaijan province said 31 people were killed during strikes in the province, including 30 soldiers and one member of the Iranian Red Crescent.[155] France24 interviewed several people inside Iran who said they personally knew the victims of the Israeli attack to be civilians.[141] Iranian hospital staff interviewed by France24 reported children were killed in the Israeli attacks.[141]

The Iranian army has claimed to have downed two Israeli fighter jets, allegedly killing one pilot and capturing the other.[130] The IDF has repeatedly denied claims of air force casualties or damage.[123][156] Due to the absence of bomb shelters in Tehran, Iranians were instructed to shelter in underground parking lots.[157]
