Thanks; however I wasn't able to find a way to hide drawer apps with it, like with nova launcher. Also looks like it hasn't been updated in a while

Open launcher settings - drawer - hidden app shortcuts - check those you don't want to see. I'm using 2.0-2589 on android 13 and it works great.

Yeah it's one of the few apps where I recommend not getting the stable version and get the continuous builds from the GitHub repo, they don't update their fdroid package that often imo.

I'm a fan of Lawnchair. I used KISS for a while but it honestly had my typing out searches a bunch rather than being able to quickly navigate by muscle memory. I do their their tags though as it makes trying to find that app you forgot the name of easier. Provided you go through the effort of given them tags up front.
