Makes me wonder if this is a consequence of "AI" somehow. There's no way a single team could do this in such a large volume, right?
That’s going to bite them in the ass when it inevitably gets a false positive and they get brought to court over the incorrect DMCA notice because they flagged a massive company’s original poster
There's no consequences on the sender of a C&D if they send one to a false positive. It's likely they're only identifying the most slam dunk cases to send these out to.
