Are 139 pg/mL estradiol 15 ng/dL testosterone (total) good levels? I don't trust my endo and I'm getting myself all in a panic thinking that maybe my levels have just been off which is why things have been the way they've been for the past two years
just checked old paperwork and my e level was in the 200s 6 months prior wtfff how'd it go down after getting my dose upped?

Okay thank you I'm losing my shit over nothing again
What's the timing of your test relative to your last dose? If you're on injections, your levels can vary quite a lot and doing a blood test right before the next one was due can make it seem lower.
I think you're probably fine though because your T is well suppressed.
I am not on injections, Iβm on pills
My endo recently halved my spiro dose because my T was low enough which terrified me and is why I donβt trust him, I keep thinking about going back to the old dose but I have a limited amount of those pills now
Cutting back levels after T drops is very normal, the high levels of estrogen will keep T from shooting back up. After a while he will probably want you to go off anti-androgens fully.
Okay, I'm still worried that it might go back up but if it's normal to drop then I'll keep taking the smaller dose
