How do I tie my hair up and have it make me look more feminine instead of more masculine?
the higher the ponytail the more fem probably? idk you could try a braid too

Because the idea that ponytail height is gendered is VERY silly!
yeah, all gender performance is silly. doesn't mean it's not a thing
A nice hair accessory, or colourfull hairtie? There are these clamps shaped like flowers, for example.
If you style the front half a little bit you can make a very femme look without doing much to the back. A lazy option if you have long framing hairs is that you can just leave those out of the tied up portion so that they droop down to frame your face and look cute.
Alternatively add an accessory or two that's distinctly femme.
