Yeah, I can get phallo and that will be the plan one day unless there's some incredible alternative that gets developed. There are some issues tho.complaints aside, I still think it would be better than the sadness I have with a vagina, so one day it will be gone

Why did you get a vagina? Obviously you must have thought you'd like it, why do you think that you thought you'd like it? Did you feel pressured to get it done?I'm leaning towards being transfem of some stripe, and while bottom surgery would be a long way off, I would like to know why people who get it and regret it had it done.

At some point in my transition I grew to hate being trans. I loved my trans friends, but wanted to deny my identity and be as close to cis as possible. I went deep stealth and only a couple people knew I wasn't cis. I really let gender essentialism brainworms run rampant and felt stressed whenever I fell out of my own strict guidelines. I had experiences that should have told me otherwise, but I ignored them. It was only after my recovery period ended and the dust settled that everything came crashing down and tbf it's been a very hard 1.5 years since. I'm trying to figure out the right way to fix this nowOn a positive note - I like being trans and feel connected to my community now (and am quite open about it)
