The penis is fine, I guess. It can stay for a few years. SRS can wait. My problem is with these two balls of testosterone that are right underneath

Feel the same way. Like, if it were cheap and there were no potential recovery issues, SRS seems cool and better than not. But not a big deal either. OTOH, I've first realized I had an interested in an orchi about a decade before I realized I was an egg.

but I’ve also heard that it can reduce your options in getting SRS in the future? I think I want to get rid of my testicles but if that might result in less options/worse options for SRS down the line then I’m really hesitant to consider that.

I remember hearing similar things, where tissue can shrink afterwards (over the course of years?), which means less tissue available elsewhere. I think I've heard you can have placeholders kept there if you want to prevent that?
