'the ick' seems to just mean 'neurodivergent person did something neurodivergent' when i see it used colloquially tbh
It's wild how often people get away with essentially saying "you disgust me and I find you very sexually unappealing" completely unprompted.
Thank you for putting into words why I don't like the phrase.
