especially if you’ve been on hrt for a bit

I don’t even know how to answer that, I was on a pretty shitty doses of spiro and estradiol pills for awhile, then I stopped taking it for like a year, then I was back on the shitty doses until I switched to 4mg of e and cypro. The cypro nuked my T but my estrogen levels were still not ideal, so I’ve been doing injections for 2 months and idk how that’s been going cuz I haven’t had any tests yet

I know it isn't optimal but I imagine you would have some change. I know it can vary.though. Have you found any change in yourself?

I mean I definitely have boobs and my skin is softer and stuff
