From recent years, this one from Baton Rouge comes to mind as well.
what is happening in this photo? it got some
vibes at first glance but also she has knocked two pigs over with the power of her glare?
I think they were charging up to cuff her, expecting her to try to run and when she didn't they've had to slow down on the spot (in body armour) abruptly and they look very awkard.
