Dude, Clinton today is still younger than Trump and he was president 25 years ago.
Yes, that is what the graphic is pointing out. Trump is currently older than all of them except Biden.
Clinton was inaugurated in 1993. That's 31 years ago. Taylor Swift was 3 years old when Bill Clinton became president.
That's a 10:1 Taylor ratio.
