You could use a binder or tape, there's some taping techniques that give a sillhouette that makes boobs look like pecs if they aren't too big, by pulling them upwards and sideways. Dorian Electra is doing that in one of their videos where they're wearing a boxer outfit with a bare chest and it looks so fucking gender.
