Buy the cheapest metal guitar pick available on aliexpress.
Keep it in your wallet. You will always have an ideal tool for getting under stickers or, if they have degraded and are starting to break down or eggshell/paper/wheatpaste stickers, for scraping them to deface them enough that they become illegible.
You can even buy a bulk lot of them and distribute them to local comrades.
