How much does being circumcised impact me as it relates to being trans/those changes. I know some surgeons use it for bottom surgery, and (it) will get more sensitive. Will the like... rubbing against my clothes be more bothersome then it would be otherwise (since there's not anything to protect it)? If I did want full bottom surgery later, could I get a hood?I just want to have a realistic view of how it will effect things for me, regardless of what that view actually is. Obviously not a whole lot I can do about it but I just want that knowledge.

No fucking foreskin gangYour bigger problem is that your entire anatomy is gonna be more sensitive, like wow rubbing this on stuff is 200% funnier now. Pressure also plays waaaay better so if stuff gets pressed on it, watch out. I do not think foreskin theft factors majorly into this however.

Uh I don't think it does, in the grand scheme of bottom surgery that's not a lot of skin, worst case they could graft from somewhere else. I doubt it's a huge difference, Idk if surgeons do clitoral hoods not not though.Smaller in size, bigger in

I always thought it was the other way around, that the head was always more sensitive on uncircumcised folk, at least once it's unsheathed.
To be fair I've never been circumcised and don't plan on it. :p
Yes, it is. But obviously the head is always touching my underwear, and if the head gets more sensitive I'm wondering if I will notice that/if it would bother me more then if I hadn't been. (I mean I guess when I put it like that, how could it not?)

everyone's sensitivity will be different after bottom surgery, but I'll say that I have full sensitivity and no issues wearing clothes with friction
