Of course, anyone who questions it is an antisemite. Ridiculous.

[–] return2ozma@lemmy.world 11 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Biden has now drawn a line in the sand.

[–] kikutwo@lemmy.world 5 points 4 months ago

Assume this is sarcasm, or do you mean he really really really really means it this time?

[–] lemmyhavesome@lemmy.world 35 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Biden COULD have just not said anything on this one. Instead he doubles down on his support for the genocidal maniac, Netanyahu, that is dragging him down in the polls.

[–] retrospectology@lemmy.world 4 points 4 months ago

He's completely irrational on this one, which is pretty scary honestly. It feels like some Roman Emperor shit where everyone is just stuck looking on in horror as he lets the senate house burn down or whatever because he doesn't want to admit it's on fire.

I fully agree with the ICC, no one is above the law, especially when your killing innocent people for a stupid war. Remember, all wars start with lies. However, I will still choose the Democrats over the fucked up Government of Putin candidates, who lead us down a path of destruction.

This man does not want to win and he said many times he is a proud Zionist. There is no changing his mind.

Sadly I view this as a “net zero” situation. Trump would also abandon Palestine along with Ukraine and Taiwan, so in this instance it doesn’t matter who you end up voting for, but getting Trump has many, many more negatives. So I hope people aren’t using this as their hill to die on for their vote otherwise it puts us in a much worse situation.

"ElectricTrombone Slams thehill.com over the overuse of slams."

[–] ElectricTrombone@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Oh no. It's slams all the way down.

[–] Hadriscus@lemm.ee 2 points 4 months ago

in there, tucked between two slams, is a dunk

Welcome to the jam

You know who is outrageous right now?

That’s you Biden.

[–] Somethingcheezie@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Is there going to be arrest warrants for Putin. It’s going to be a long list

[–] mozz@mbin.grits.dev 14 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

A warrant for Netanyahu would be a good idea even if there were some other people at large that we should also be arresting.

But also, in this case Putin already has an ICC warrant. It's caused some issues in the past because e.g. he couldn't attend a diplomatic meeting in South Africa and there was some question about, if he just shows up anyway, are they really going to arrest him as they're required to do, and then it'll be a real shit storm.

From what I remember, he blinked and decided not to show up.

[–] ShittyBeatlesFCPres@lemmy.world 12 points 4 months ago

There already is one for Putin and at least one subordinate.

[–] Schmuppes@lemmy.world 0 points 4 months ago

Let's go Brandon!

The only outrageous thing is that Biden's name isn't on the list, too

For putting his shoes on first and socks on second

[–] stephen01king@lemmy.zip 1 points 4 months ago

I would say that if he can do that and still have his socks be inside the shoes, I'd call him a magician, instead.
