He gave mine out, too, but replying Stop really has made a difference. The rate at which they were pestering me decreased very quickly, immediately; I had been getting a couple a day but it went down to a couple a month. I kept replying Stop for each new one, and it's been at least a month now since I've gotten any at all.

I respond to all types of text and email spam with pig poop balls. I know at least one real person has had to see it
For spam phone calls I call them back over and over, mute my phone, wait for them to hang up then do it again until the spam number blocks me lol
