We wear warmer clothes. "There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes."
If it's actually cold out, something like -20F, then we sleep, because that happens at night.

it's finally chilly and im actually loving it i can now officially be lazy for a bit 
I live for hoodies and sweatpants weather
my ideal temp range as well but since i work in the cold i go short sleeve swishy pants
hoodie is for freezing temps
Considering I bought a motorcycle over the summer 5 months of clouds does sound pretty chill compared to what it could be
In some of that region, it is VERY COLD and VERY WINDY, and adding 60mph of wind chill would be deeply unfun.
I've already ridden through 2 winters in a snowmobile suit so I'm fully prepared for it to get awful. I even bought a dualsport with the explicit thought of riding in the winter. But not having to worry about unplowed roads will ease the burden a little bit. Idk why but riding in shitty conditions is weirdly fun to me

Ski country should extend a little further into California. Anywhere with the Sierra Nevada range gets absolutely fucked up with Snow.
"All the snow" should extend farther south and farther west.
