If I can get out of bed long enough, I will make homemade tomato soup with a shit tonne of garlic. It’s basically a nuclear bomb of vitamin c and whatever that compound is in garlic that is good for your immune system or whatever.
If I’m too sick to cook, I will take a can of tomato soup and mix in some 2 minute noodles for a lazy tomato-noodle soup, just for comfort.
The rest of the time I love to sleep when I’m sick. It’s one of the only times in life you can just rest with no guilt, enjoy it. Watch a bit of tv in between. I honestly treat being sick like a staycation 😆
