Americans, you know what you have to do trans-hatch

[–] SchillMenaker@hexbear.net 0 points 1 month ago (2 children)

You trans people and your constant transing. Keep it up and your going to wind up transing yourself back to un-trans.

It's like your eyes getting stuck crossed. People think the trans ray is a toy. The trans ray is not a toy.

we'd just be double trans and the cycle would continue

[–] SchillMenaker@hexbear.net 1 points 1 month ago

Oh fuck it's like the trans singularity. The polylarity.

The Chinese on that app have some real poetic shit. Someone asked how if they don't say "I love you" a lot then how do you express love to your partner?

"In this life there are three things I cherish most: the sun, the moon, and you. The sun for the dawn, the moon for dusk, and you for every moment in-between."

I have never had rizz on this level, goddamn.

I'm learning Chinese and frankly a lot of the translation comes out Shakespearean almost. I think Chinese is just kinda like that

This attitude annoys me. I understand why it's pragmatic for the PRC to be non-interventionist, but to state this idealistic poetry shows a lack of understanding that capitalism is a global system with global consequences. We probably don't have 100 years to screw around fighting our fascists at home without help, and Chinese citizens will feel global warming and environmental devastation about as harshly as we will.

Imagine if the CPC said this about Korea or Vietnam.

Intervention has already been tried and it led to the Eastern bloc overextending and collapsing. Soaking up the worlds industrial potential and turning the power production green seems like not a bad idea

Also Vietnam and Korea are bordering nations, nations that had their own communist governments to support.
