The owners are decent enough I honestly expect a bit of good natured ribbing at most and thats about the extent of it. Im not even really embarrassed beyond the superficial. Ive said much dumber things, frankly.
I love saying "love you too" when co workers hang up the phone. I've tricked a few of them into thinking they said it.
That's the sort of thing that, were I on the receiving end, I'd chuckle about for a couple of seconds and then forget within an hour.
I worked IT phone support for people new to wfh during Covid. The "Love you" was honestly kind of common. Especially when they were working from home and there were kids around.

Im just glad I work for someone who isnt bothered by that. Ive worked for folks who would get ugly over a embarrassing but entirely innocent slip up like that.

Tell her it was the adult version of calling your teacher mom accidentally if she asks and she would probably get it. I have been on the receiving end a couple of times and I always assumed it was that automatically and never thought much about it so you should be in the clear.
