there's plenty of resources to go around if

That's exactly my take on it. I don't wanna force a child to be a capitalist worker drone slave, dealing the climate change crisis. That's cruel, even assuming they're a white cismale able-bodied person that fascists deem worthy of the privilege of slavery.
