I used to work for goodwill, people donated paraphernalia all the time, I once got a grinder full of weed. I think people preferred donating something instead of throwing it away even when we couldn't sell it.

Mortar and pestle is terrible for weed unless its dry as fuck and way overcured. Anything remotely sticky or dense is just gonna smoosh into a weed ball.

Ajax, not your closet, goodwall (tax deductible), stand alone Plato Closet….. most of them are in anti malls (LA/NYC)
