This reminds me of a popular joke from elementary school. Idk if it's still common now but it was high comedy for ten year olds. You tell the story while pressing buttons on a calculator for emphasis. It goes:
"[Whichever female celebrity] weighs 69 pounds. She thought she weighed 2 2 2 much. So she went to 51st Street to talk to Doctor X. He told her to take 8 pills a day and now she is..."
You press = and then turn the calculator upside down to show your friend the ending.
