Frisk's and Chara's genders are intentionally ambiguous, but that's all I can think of.
Afaik, the only confirmed trans characters in undertale are mettaton and mad mew mew/mad dummy

The catholic church still considers being trans a sin (and hence inferior to being cis).

Neh, he saw religions ratings and realized they are hemorrhaging users. So they are rebranding their entire religion to now allow transgender people. “God” was fine with that. It wasn’t one of the serious rules, unlike eating pork or shellfish.
Now how about the pope acknowledges and reveals how many priests they’ve protected from molestation charges?
